This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested in connection with a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for treatment and were later released.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of people injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
